Special Issues contain articles, typically reviews, surveys, or tutorials, in a specific technology area this is being covered. The papers must offer new perspectives and insights, and should be accessible to specialists outside of the area, while still remaining citable by the core research community in the area being covered.

This special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies (TLT)⧉ on “Designing Technologies to Support Professional and Workplace Learning for Situated Practice” aims to showcase the latest developments and innovations in, and advance the scientific discourse on issues specific to, designing technologies that support learning for work. The criteria for acceptance of a special issue revolve around the relevance of the topic to IEEE TAI, the suitability of the topic to attract interest from a wider range of readership in the journal, the technical merit of the proposal, and the alignment of the proposal with the aims of a special issue as being outlined in the aims section above. Founded in 1949, the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society is an international organization active in over 40 countries.

The IEEE IoT-J is soliciting special issue proposals on timely and significant technical topics with broad interests. A special issue proposal should have enough content to address: background and motivation, significance and relevance to the IEEE IoT-J, technical scope of the proposal, the plan for advertising the Call for Papers (CFP), the plan for handling paper review In 2006, he was the guest editor of the special issues on “RF effects on digital systems” of the Electromagnetics Journal, and in 2012 he was the Lead Guest Editor of the special issue on “Propagation models and inversion approaches for subsurface and through wall imaging,” of the International Journal of Antennas and Propagation.

Below is the “call for paper”: The IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine only publishes a limited number of feature papers and usually only one paper per column per issue. Once accepted for publication, the paper will be placed in the publication queue. Feature articles and columns will generally be published in the order of acceptance. Apply for the IEEE AP-S URSI 2021 Student Travel Grant program; Call for “Nominations for Consideration for the Ballot” for the 2021 Elections to the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Administrative Committee and the Office of President-Elect; Call for Papers: Special issue of Antennas and Propagation Magazine on Metamaterials and In 2006, he was the guest editor of the special issues on “RF effects on digital systems” of the Electromagnetics Journal, and in 2012 he was the Lead Guest Editor of the special issue on “Propagation models and inversion approaches for subsurface and through wall imaging,” of the International Journal of Antennas and Propagation.
